Our Clearance section contains overstocks of the highest quality. These items are not irregulars, damaged or discolored items or used clothing. In order to give all of our customers an equal opportunity to purchase these products, we must limit each item to a quantity of one per customer. No returns on clearance items.

Please note that each product page on our website indicates that orders "Usually ship within 5-7 business days" Please note that this is only an estimate and Buycoolshirts.com does not guarantee delivery within that time frame (international orders take longer due to Customs). All items are shipped via US Postal Service. Shipping costs are calculated according to weight and destination. All customers receive an email confirmation with tracking number when their order ships (provided that you typed your email address correctly and are not using an email filtering program).

RETURN POLICY
Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns (unless the mistake is ours). If you are not satisfied with the quality of any product, or wish to exchange an item for a different color or size, simply return the merchandise within 30 days of purchase to the address below. If the items are simply not working for you, you may return them for a refund. You will receive a form with complete instruction with your order. Returned items must be in perfect, resell-able condition.
